Dr. Alston has been a teacher, principal, assistant superintendent in an urban school district, a university professor and the Deputy for Education Planning, Policy Development and Evaluation with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Headquarters in Washington, DC. As a member of the Federal Government’s Senior Executive Service, the CEO had many opportunities to research and pilot proven management practices.

Paris M. Morgan

Ms. Morgan is the Chief Financial Officer for Royal Consulting Firm, Inc. Ms. Morgan has over ten (10) years of experience in assets management, financial management, business development, and contract compliance. Ms. Morgan holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). She has managed capital expenditure requisition budgets for large commercial properties and commercial office parks. Over the past 6 years she has served as Chief Financial Officer for Royal with oversight for federal, state and commercial contracts.
