EXECUTIVE RESET

June 30, 2021, 11:00am-12:30pm – Aspire to Inspire:  Clarence Crawford
July 20, 2021, 11:00am-12:30pm – Generational Differences: Jeffrey Vargas
July 29, 2021, 2:00pm-3:30pm – Diversity of Thought – Dr. Patrina Clark

Aspiring to Inspire

Instructor: Mr. Clarence Crawford – Many executives are still spinning from the many changes made by the previous administration.  Getting a handle on the new rules, what has been eliminated or changed, who the new players are and best approaches to the new game are topics that will impact all stakeholders.  Strategies for knowing yourself, knowing your stuff, and doing the right thing (proven concepts for success) will be discussed in this webcast.

Generational Differences

Instructor: Mr. Jeffrey Vargas – Agencies anticipate a great deal of turnover with a new administration.  Managing Baby Boomers, Millennials, Gen Xers and GenYers requires an understanding of generational differences.  An SES from Census Bureau indicates the task is to “get everyone on the same bus and make sure everyone is in the right “seat”.  Everyone needs to be aware of their value, be heard by the team, and have an opportunity to use their skills.

Diversity of Thought

Instructor: Dr. Patrina Clark – Cognitive diversity is a relatively new kind of diversity that plays an important role in leadership success. The culture, background, experiences and personalities of staff are core to the concept of diversity of thought.  Leveraging this diversity to motivate, develop and empower others can reduce conflicts and increase progress.
