Grants Management

Royal Consulting is currently managing six Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services (SAMHSA) grants for the state of Delaware’s Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH). Royal provides professional support services for the management of the following grants;

Community Mental Health Block Grant
State Opioid Response (SOR) Grant
Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant
Emergency COVID 19
Promoting Integration of Primary Care and Behavioral Health Care (PIPBHC) Grant

These six grants are under the supervision of DSAMH. The professional support services provided by Royal include:

Identifying capable primary care, mental health, and SUD providers
Tracking deliverables – Technical assistance
Federal Reporting support
Health Care Data Analysis
Federal Compliance Auditing
Strategic Planning
Environmental Scans
Researching SUD and MH evidence-based practices to support strategic planning

GPRA tracking, data collection, quarterly reporting are provided by Royal for improved point of care performance to better serve the community. Royal reviews the SAMHSA Performance Accountability and Reporting System (SPARS) reports monitoring weekly progress with specific grant programs. Royal works with the University of Delaware Center for Drug and Health Studies (CDHS) for program evaluations.
